Deborah Buckley of Goss & McLain Insurance Agency
In 1976 after graduating college, Deborah Buckley was hired as a customer service representative at Goss & McLain Insurance Agency. Twenty-five years later—almost to the day—Debbie bought the agency from Don McLain and became its Owner and President. InsurBanc was there to help her realize her dream.
Goss & McLain, located in Holyoke, Massachusetts, is a full service agency offering all types of personal and business insurance, including health, property and casualty. While she was General Manager of the agency, Ms. Buckley saw an InsurBanc representative speak at an insurance agency forum.
